Excel Formatted Weight Progress Chart...Pretty cool
I downloaded this (scanned out virus free, too) and I think it is really neat. The site is dedicated to this lady's weight loss journey and she has provided this Excel chart for free download. It calculates a lot of things for you and is interesting for progress charting. It comes in pounds or kilogram versions.
