I tried to send you a pm with the microwaved flax bread recipe as the main recipe forum is still down but was told your pm box is full!

Here is a link to a thread with the recipe and discussion of how some members altered it to suit their preferences.

    I'm intrigued!
    What's the story with flax?
Is it ok on induction and does it taste nice? Has it been known to stall peeps?

Flax (linseed to us in the UK) is one of the three 'fibre foods' Dr Atkins said we could add to our intake if we have problems with constipation/diarrhea (sp?)
12.If you are constipated, mix a tablespoon or more of psyllium husks in a cup or more of water and drink daily. Or mix ground flaxseed into a shake or sprinkle wheat bran on a salad or vegetables.
So you can use any of these to solve 'bathroom problems'.
I found I couldnt stomach psyllium husks or ground linseed/flax in water so added them by using them in cooking instead.

If you are not having problems 'going' so dont need to add the extra fibre on induciton, then you can start to add flax/linseed as an ingredient for cooking when you reach the seed rung of OWL.
