  • sugar free chewing gum? L Glutamine? sugar free sweets?

    hi, which sugar free gums are recommended? i am getting high levels of sugar cravings. also where is the L Glutamine available from? i only see the muscle builder one but saw in the book that it is recommended as a supplement for sugar cravings.

    The best way to get rid of the sweet cravings is to starve them. You probably didn't want to hear that...sorry. Give it a few days, kill the "sweet tooth" and they will go away. Whenever you want something sweet, drink water. There's a thread about the Cephalic Insulin response. You might want to read that.

      None of them are recommended - you want to kill that sweet tooth, not supplement it with something sweet. Even artificial sweeteners can make sweet cravings flare up. Better to chew on celery, pork skins or beef jerky and lots of water until the craving stops.
