Just click on the link at the top of the page called 'ADBB Chat'.
Just a warning - I find it is incredibly slow to open every time I visit it. so just wait till the sign in page appears and then you can log in and chat.
BTW you will need to register and make a password as it doesnt automatically use your info from ADBB.

It never ceases to amaze me of how easy and how effective this ***diet*** is!!
I have since re-gained a bit of weight, but that is soon to be coming off again!
