What can I make with green tomatoes?

I sliced the tomatoes and dragged them in egg. I then covered it in parmessan cheese and fried them in oil. They were good but not great. Does anyone have any better ideas to use up the 5 tomatoes I have left?

They are delicious! Try mixing Parmesean and Almond flour to fry them in, the almond flour has more of a corn meal type consistency.

How about Chilled Curry Green Tomato Soup? Leave out the flour/potatos and sub Splenda for the sugar

How about covering them in crushed pork rinds, salt and pepper after the egg dip. Then fry and sprinkle the cheese on after they come out.

Thanks for the ideas. I don't know which idea I am going to try yet as I need to go shopping for some of the ingredients mentioned. MOG- that soup sounds interesting. Thanks.

try green tomato salsa or green tomato chicken chile.

I'm house/dog sitting for my brother while he is on vacation next week. And he's got a garden full of green tomatoes. I already warned him they won't all be there when he gets back. LOL !
