  • Help! About To Cheat...

    For reasons unknown to me, I feel like cheating at the moment. I'm not craving nor am I feeling hungry. PLEASE someone remind me how I'll feel afterwards and tomorrow so I won't go there. REMIND ME of the icky feeling..

    You know I just posted this on another thread, the thing about cheating is, one cheat meal, just one allows the nasty thought to enter your mind that you blew it and you might as well do it up, that usually ends in 3 to 5 days of carbage binging, which in turns messes up everything you accomplished in 3 weeks of being good, is that worth it to you?

    Ask yourself what you want more? Carbage? or to be thin? Thin is something only YOU can do for yourself. Now go and have a big salad, eat some cheese, pick up some L-Glutamine to stop sugar cravings, you KNOW what to do....

      Wasn't worth it to me

      Please don't cheat I was on the diet for 3 1/2 years with know cheats reached my goal weight losing 90 pounds then 1 1/2 years ago I thought you have been good all this time one cheat want hurt you well it did and it took 1 1/2 years to get back on track plus the 25.8 pounds that I gained--I finely got back on track wednesday was 1 month and so far know cheats and I hope not to make that mistake again--Before ---220/135/135

        Use the drink a glass of water statage every 20 min to drown the craving.

        good you identified it as a want and not a need right away. So do you know why you wanted something? did you have a new to you food or brand or a reformulation of a brand you have had before?

          Drink water; make a steak; play some frank sinatra music; dance naked while singing "my way".

          The last two are optional - but are certain to get your mind of cheating.

            I have been trying to get (totally) cleaned up since April. For goodness sakes, there is rarely a solo cheat and I haven't yet met one worth all of what I have been through. I could have been a Goalie by now!
