I am having a hard time eating my veggies every day. I am afraid that it will cause a stall! I keep reading the opposite in other threads -- that it actually helps. Is it because of the fiber? Or are there other reasons?

Re: Veggie Question
the veggies on the acceptable foods lists are low glycemic value carbohydrates and if you check they are low carb too. eatting them will actually help you lose weight because of the micronutrients they contain which our bodies need for fat burning and there are some body parts likw red blood cells that need carbs only for fuel. Do your Atkins as Dr Atkins designed it and be the healtheir smaller person you want to be.by the book atkinseer
