  • Building muscle?

Do your muscles feel sore if they are growing, yet you haven't exercised in that area? My upper arms keep feeling sore like I lifted weights yet I haven't. Is it just the building of muscles from the diet? Just curious.

muscle pain can be from ia number of reasons, njuring the tissue it to medication complications. if you truely have not used those muscles in any way to cause this pain it is time to call your doc about it.

The only exercise this week, that I have done with my arms, is mow the lawn. I do this every week, so I wouldn't think it would make my arms sore. My husband thinks it is because I mowed in the hot weather. Who knows. If it continues then I will see a doc. Thanks for the reply.

See your doctor OR, better yet, see a Massage Therapist. I can't help, though, I'm in Ohio. Either way, hope you feel better soon!

Electrolite imbalances cans cause moscle weakness and Pain if you did the lawn in the heat it's very likely you have an electrolite imbalance usually but not always having an imbalance of Zinc, magnesium and Potassium can cause this.

Thanks Sarah that makes alot of sense. So, you're saying the husband was right. Do I have to tell him he was right? LOL The soreness went away a few days after I mowed the lawn. It is in the 90's again and the lawn needs to be mowed.

i know i new to atkins, but it could also be dew to you loosing some weight and your using more of your arm muscle to push the mower then your body,,,if that makes sence,,your muscle in your arms are making up the diffrence . when i lost weight before i noticed things i used my body weight to do,move things at work whatever i had to use more arm and back muscles.
