    Lucky Number 13!!

    Ok, whoever says they don't like the number 13 has never lost that many inches before!!! I took my measurements a month after I changed my WOL. I retook them again this past weekend because I am sittin' on a big ole' platue. 13 TOTAL INCHES!!!!! That has been from May15 to July22. Just over 2 months! I have just started a 6 week exercise routine and we shall see what that does for me! I was feeling a bit blue about the scales, but thisgave me the boost I needed. I'm such an Atkin's Junkie now! I even try to change my family and friends. You guys that are struggling, hang in there, don't put all your stock in the scales.

    F/60 yrs/5ft 5.5" (Though due to collapsing vertebrae I am now only 5'3" - but I refuse to recalculate my BMI )

      I for one don't mind Lucky 13...I was married on Feburary the 13th

      And I agree....scales can be really really mean
