  • Tea??????

    I heard that GREEN Decaffinated tea was ok in the start up phase?? Is this true?? It says 0 carbs on the label!

    Please help!! My wife says green tea is a great drink during this stage.. I do not use sweetner or anything, I just like it plain and it is decaffinated..

      did you do a search?

      green tea is good for the system but and this is a big but........... NOTHING REPLACES WATER.

        If no suger and no carbs then it's ok, but it doesn't count towards your water ration.

            we arent' saying you can't have it. we're saying it doesn't replace the water. that's from the book.

              I drink plenty of water each day as well.. I just like to change things up alittle for dinner or lunch at times... Gives you something with a little flavor..
