        WOW Heidi Nope never thought of that WOOHOO I almost lost an entire Heidi. I feel 2 pounds of Whooshiness comming on I am not weighing till after I know I lost weight or my clothing gets loser. HE HE.

          Hey there. I know you are a big believer in the slimin6 videos...that is you right? Sorry, ccan't remember for sure. But I wanted to say that I finally saw an infomercial for it last night and wanted to order it sooo badly. I wanted to ask though, how hard was it for you in the beginning? Were you able to complete some of the tasks or did you have to start out slow. I have to wait a few weeks to order it as we just moved to Hawaii and are living out of a hotel until we find a rental home. But I am so excited. I have only lost about 10 lbs taht I can tell (haven't weighed for a bit) but my body is much like yours in the beginning. I long to have some muscle definition! You are a great inspiration for me. I have not started exercising because we've been in the midst of such a big move but as soon as we are a little settled I want to start. Do you think the slimin6 is a good way to start? I know I'd see more inches lost if I started exercise. Any input would be super! thanks again for sharing your stories/pics as they keep me cheat free.

                wow I missed those too while I was away. keep doing what you enjoy and remember your goal isn't weight loss any more it is body fat loss. So you morph your body and add lean mass which is scale weight increase don't worry cause that makes your body fat % even lower.

                  Hey, I don't do the Slim in6 series I tried and I am just not a tape girl I am a weight lifting Junkie it gives me a high I also like to run HE HE. SO taht's what I do.
