I'm 15 and weigh 228, I've been on Atkins for about 10 days, the first 5 days I lost 5 or so pounds, but 5 days later I've been the same, and I've been excersizing and dieting really strict. I'm getting really upset and depressed because I'm working so hard and nothing is coming off. What am I doing wrong?
