We bought some filets at the store and we're gonna make em tonight.
We plan on grilling 'em, does anyone have any advice on seasoning/method/whatever? I've never cooked this stuff before.
DH would eat it still bleeding, but I prefer mine dead and done. a LITTLE pink I can deal with, but i'm a wuss that way.
