    20 pounds gone!

    Yesterday I went to look for a dress for an upcoming wedding (not the October one in my siggie) and I tried on some clothes. Everything I picked out (in my old size) was too big, I went down two sizes in pants and tried them on... They fit and were even a little loose in the waist! Since the wedding isn't until the middle of September, I decided to look for an outfit a little closer to then - I don't want to waste money buying something now that will be too big by then!

    I love this WOE - YEAH ME!!

    It never ceases to amaze me of how easy and how effective this ***diet*** is!!




    I have since re-gained a bit of weight, but that is soon to be coming off again!

        Good for you!!! 20 pounds!!!

        Pretty cool isn't it!! I kept putting off buying new pants, but my wife made me!!
        Now here I am 6 inches less and 50 pounds lighter...

        I agree with you, I love this way of life!!!
