    Husband is ok and not going overseas!!!

    For all those who helped through my husband's illness and my weight loss I just wanted to tell you that he went to the doctor yesterday and the vessels in his brain now look normal. He will not be going to Afganistan either ! He will be coming home (he's been deployed since March 6) and he will go back to work and miss this deployment overseas. In January the guard will have their 2 week training in Germany, so he will go overseas but not to war. Anyway, 3 more pounds gone!! I started this at the beginning of July and have lost a total of 11 pounds. I am sure it would have been more but I slipped a couple of times but now I am back on track. Thanks for your support and prayers, Michelle

        Yeah! It is hard enough for the really healthy guys to be over there. I'm glad you get to keep your hubby safe. My stepson is going to Iraq sometime next winter. Not thrilled, but I know he will work hard.

                Did Atkins on and off from Feb 2005 until April 2008. Fluctuated between 15 st 1/211lbs and 11 st 1/155lbs.
                On different weightloss programme from 28th May 2008 start weight 14 st 11/207lbs.
                Current weight 10st 3lbs/143lbs.
                Ultimate Goal Weight 9 st/126lbs.
