What is on your menu? For me it's:
Breakfast- Bacon, onions, and green peppers scrambled in eggs.
Lunch- Leftover salmon and spinach from last nights dinner
Dinner- Stir fry of beef and broccoli. My kids favorite
And of course 2 glasses of water with each meal, and 2 glasses in between each meal.
I'm going to go shopping tonight and want some fresh ideas.

...Was in HEAVEN -got to 150, for awhile, then got too busy, and gave in too much... and... OK holding pattern "keep it together..."
