  • I cheated...here's why :(

    Hey friends....

    Don't do this...I had not been very hungry at all in a couple of
    days. This I was happy about. But my emergency food had
    gotten low and I didn't replenish it because I hadn't been
    hungry and didn't think I would need it.

    I finally got a little hungry and ate. When I did- it bought a
    title wave of hunger on me and I ate those nasty franken
    foods!!!!!!!!!! Of course I was MAD at myself afterwards.

    DO NOT let yourself get hungry . It catches up with you
    and will always win. Now I eat every 3 hours regardless!

    Some times it helps to learn these things the hard way.

    Thanks for posting this though as it highlights the potential pit falls to other people.

    It never ceases to amaze me of how easy and how effective this ***diet*** is!!




    I have since re-gained a bit of weight, but that is soon to be coming off again!

        I think I have this same problem....something I've never really done has been eating through out the day....and it seems I still dont eat enough. I get so busy with work and stuff and I'm always on the go here at the office that I usually dont even take my lunch break...but then, after two or three days like that, Ill get home after work or the gym and I'll be ravenous.......I'll just eat and eat and eat.....although not that much cuz my stomach has shrunk...but you know what I mean...........

        How DOES one force themselves to eat more often?????? All this having snacks on the ready doesnt seem a workable thing for me....because I'll have those things ready and in the morning I look at them and say Nahhhh I'm not taking that, I'm not going to eat it...and so I leave it....any suggestions for this "pitfall"???

          And, if you let yourself go for too long, you end up "wolfing" down your food (even if it's legal, but often it's the first thing you grab) - and you eat too much, because you don't register that you're full until you're over-full.
