Are weekends your time to really focus on your eating, be creative with cooking and get all your water down?
Or is the 9-5 week's pattern what keeps you going, and the unscheduled weekends wreak havoc on your will power?
I tend to be option 2. I do well at work. Even though there are things there that are tempting, I don't look at it that way. I look at work and see the good foods available, unlimited tasty water (I HATE the taste of our tap, we just got a filter and it still tastes kinda wonky). I like organizing things so I like being at work and going "ok its 9and I just ate that means I should have a snack around 11 if I Want to eat lunch at..." you get the picture.
Weekends are more tempting, because my roomies love their junk food, and when you have the peer pressure of a chef that you live with, home made icecream starts to look real good!
