    I like the idea of the hot boullion in the morning. Then you don't have the problems from both sweetner and caffeine!!!

      You know I am unsure about the actual answer to this question but I often drink teas. I count each cup at 1 carb for each tea bag plus the carb for the sweetener. And I agree that if you noticed that you are not losing since adding any new item to your menu, discontinue it then see if you notice any change. I drink Decaf vanilla Chai tea made by Good EArth with SF dancini syrup in it and vanilla soy slender soy milk in it and its a nice before bed soother that has saved me many a cheat..I use 2 tea bags 3/4 of a Solo cup of water microwave 2 minutes and then add 1/4 cup soy slender and 1 T SF davini syrup sometimes 10 drops of liquid Sweetn Low type saccarin sweetener and I count this drink as 3 carbs to be on safe side.

      Ingredients: Decaffeinated Black Tea, Chicory Root, Cardamom, Pepper, Ginger, Cinnamon, Cloves and other Spices, Natural Flavors.

      Contains no sugar, preservatives, artificial flavors or colors.
      Restarting again 193/174/130

        Hey Maerow, if the stall has been going on before you added tea it's probably not the tea that's causing the stall. I cannot say for sure, but I know that when you get close to your goal things tend to slow down. You're less than 10lbs away and that probably has something to do with it. Especially if your stall started when you got closer to goal. That's what happened to me. I didn't lose for about a month when I got very close to goal. Now my weight loss is VERY gradual. I hope this encourages you!

          Heya Fatalblue, thanks for the post, it does make me feel better. I just have to hold the course, and keep excersizing. Even if I never get to 135 if this silly tummy of mine would go away I would be satisfied.
