    I know everybody already knows this but those who may not....
    FITDAY ROCKS!!!!!!!

    I didn't realize how many carbs I was actually eating until I started putting the info into Fitdays "calculator" Wow was I impressed. I'm going to make sure to do that everyday because I have a bad feeling I was going over before.

    Thanks everybody for finding such an amazing website

    Be sure you are subtracting the fiber from those carbs.

      I admit- I'm not sure how that works.

      I just figured I would count regular carbs and that way I'd stay under 20 and if I lost a couple because of fiber that would just be icing on the cake

        fitday will list the total carbs (including fiber) in foods, but below it the total fiber. Your carbs that you count are the difference, ie. 28g Carb less 8g fiber = 20 right on target.
