It never ceases to amaze me of how easy and how effective this ***diet*** is!!
I have since re-gained a bit of weight, but that is soon to be coming off again!

I am on my second pint sized glass today and savoring the fact that every tap in my house and office keeps producing an endless supply of wonderful tasting icy cold clear water..... the elixir of life ...how lucky and grateful we should be that when we want or need it we can just get it!Comment
