I am not sure what phase you are in, but the basic foundation to your eating plan should be meat, veggies, whatever dairy you can tolerate, low glycemic fruits etc. Those are on the shelves and will probably not go anywhere.
You mentioned yogurt - Dannon carb control is still there. I eat that, but mostly eat Dannon plain.
