Just wondering if this is a common side effect, but I feel like my body temp is higher almost. ANything I do that requires the slightest bit of exertion and I feel like I've got an internal sauna and I start sweating!

I've always felt hot, or at least intolerant to heat, all my life. The only things that helps me is the AC LOL.~Lisa

Yes! I feel this way as well. I started noticing it when I would be doing normal activities and all of a sudden feel sweat where I would regularly be completely dry (like the bend in my elbows/arms). It somewhat bothered me, as I was always a sweaty person and needed some time to "dry off" during the day. Now it's like, oh, my knees are sweating again!27-year-old, Female, 5'2".
Start weight: 128 lbs. (July 20th), 32-31% bodyfat.
Current weight: bouncing between...no idea of how many pounds, 16.67% bodyfat (as of 11/2

YES! Just running the vacuum in the house and I break a sweat! When my DH gets into bed and I snuggle up beside him he says that my skin feels as warm as the top of the stove after cooking.
I thought it was just me...
If it was my metabolism, wouldn't the pounds just be melting off?~Kat
