Hello...I'm back from a little vacation in carbville...ready for some meat and veggies...I have
been tired and hungary and I need a break from it...so here I am, giving Atkins another shot...It's about my hundredth time but maybe this is the time I will reach my goal weight...I'm just so damn tired of being uncomfortable in my own body...The minute I wake up and put on my elastic waist work pants, I get discouraged...I'm ready for a pair of button-flys...Anyone out there who's starting up again for the hundredth time care to share in their frustrations? Present goals? Drop me a line...I always respond even if it takes me a few days...I'm looking forward to being part of the ADBB again...it's nice to know how many people out there feel my stress...Later
!

It is so very important to take your weight loss goals tiny steps at a time so that you not feel overwhelmed. You will get there. Whenever you get the urge to eat something off-plan, remember that feeling of discomfort you get when you put on your work pants in the morning. Let that elastic waist be a thing of the past!
