Well, its been 4 months sence I made the desision to loose weight. I've lost 44lbs. So I really don't want to screw it up now. But I used to party alot. I still go out with my friends but I havn't been drinking anything. I was never an alcoholic or anything. (I think I can safly say that sence I quit cold turkey and there's a bottle of Grey Goose sitting on my dest that I havn't touched in 4 months) But I do kinda miss being able to get sloshed with my friends from time to time.
My question is. Would occasional going out (I'm talking about once every couple of months) and drinking something with no Carbs (I'm a vodka drinker) Seriously screw up my diet? If there's even the chance of gaining one single pound back I don't want to do it. I know that the body would burn the alcohol before it burns fat and all. But how badly would that screw up my metabilisim? Would I have fallen off the wagon, so to speak?
