It seems like I can't get enough water the last couple days. Today is day 7 of induction. I'ts worrying me a little b/c I've never drank this much water. Atleast a gallon a day. Is this normal?

Atkins is a natural diuretic plan with the increased protein and the natural diuretic effect of many of the veggies.
watch your water soluble vits and minerals too because you can get depleted rapidly if you don't. you can use the free online site ww.fitday.com to log your food and vits and then in the reportsd section see if you are getting low in any thing before it happens.
