    I'm 23, 5'8, 121 lbs. My highest weight was 175 (on prednisone)and my goal is 117 lbs. Good luck to all of you.

    It looks like you are doing great - only 4 pounds from your goal weight
    Weigh to go!

    F/60 yrs/5ft 5.5" (Though due to collapsing vertebrae I am now only 5'3" - but I refuse to recalculate my BMI )

      whew, I thought you were here needing support cause you were jumping off the low carbs.

      Congrats on the great job you are doing morphing your body working your Atkins. come play in the goalie exercise challenge when you arrive. Jimmie 48 makes some really great siggy goalie awards too.

        gazaleh, the other thread was locked before I had a chance to respond this morning. But if you want to read more about the food-allergy connection, I recommend The Asthma and Allergy Cure by Fred Pescatore, MD. It gave me alot of insight into this and enabled me to look to the subtle and not so subtle signs of trigger foods. So when I added grains back to my diet and my nose started running and I began wheezing after adding whole wheat, I didn't panic as much as I would have.
