    Spoon onto cookie sheet or muffin tins (greased well). Bake at 375 degrees for 15 - 20 minutes or until golden brown. Cool for 15 minutes on wire rack (if you try to eat them hot, they'll fall aparet. They still taste good but it's quite a mess!).

    I have made these and even my DH who cannot stand anything low carb eats them. (of course, he does not know they are low carb) HTH

          Moochiecat~ I love your progress pictures! I am 4 11 so we are almost the same height. I only have a few more pounds to go and I will be where you are now and I hope to look half that good!

          I ate at chili's a few weeks back and had (can't remember what it's called) but it was chicken with bacon cheese and I think it had mushrooms.. IT was quite heavenly.. and then I tasted the BBQ sauce that apparently was under all the toppings. SWEET GRRRR... Luckily it didn't shoot me out of ketosis. But anyway, they were very accommodating about menu changes as well.
