    I was so excited...

    I just wanted to let you know...Yesterday was me and my husband's 3rd day on Atkins Induction. I didn't want to weigh until after induction but my husband insisted last night. He is down 10 lbs. and I am down 4 lbs. I realize it's just water weight for right now but still it's exciting, and what a motivator. Just thought I'd share my joy!

      You have a great day too, Justinsmom. Funnily enough I think you will now that you have discovered the wonders of this "diet". Keep up the great work.

      I have since re-gained a bit of weight, but that is soon to be coming off again!

        weigh to go remember to use your tapemeasure if you haven't so you can see those inches of fat melting off your body when the scale doesn't validate your hard work.

              Thank you all so much for your words of encouragement. It was really a good motivator so I'm actually glad I got on the scales a bit early. I didn't measure Monday but I'm going to do that tonight. Again, thanks to everyone.

                Great to hear you have both started to become losers already!!
                Wondering how to get 'most' of your net carbs from your induction veggies?
