SLIMIN6 anyone?

okay so who is it again that swears by the slimin6 program? I saw the infomercial on it and was wanting to buy it but wondered if I could actually keep up with it given my current sedentary lifestyle. Would love some testimonials if anyone has them.

I have it, and love it, and I'm using it now.

I even have the Slim Series set of DVD's that's a tougher continuation of Slim in Six.

I believe it's Miss Brook who's the poster child/spokeswoman for Slim in Six around these parts

But I just thought I'd add my two cents. It's definitely lower body intensive, but you will see great changes in your body if you use it for 6 weeks.

Yup Slim in 6 is a great program! It's the one I first started exercising with! Go for it! You will love the results!!

I just got SI6, and I also have Power90 coming. I tried my first SI6 session this morning... I'll let you know what I think when I find where I left my ***. I think she just worked it off

thanks for the input. I may have to give it a try.... seems so expensive though! but if it works my lower body that is a huge benefit!
