I find what helps is buying baby jars of fruits such as apples, raspberries , blueberries, etc. YES, baby food. They are delicious, especially from the freezer or from the fridge, and more importantly, they are PORTION controlled so one jar can range from 10-15 grams carbs. OF course, these are the unsweetened ones.

Re: Trouble Controlling Fruit??
oooo - I just love apricot!
Scary they even put sugar in baby food, isn't it? Like a conspiracy to start addicting us to it from birth so we'll buy a lifetime of cheap junk food!

Re: Trouble Controlling Fruit??
The grocery store here has small containers of already cut up fruit that I have been buying. Cost more, but helps with portion control. And since I am really the fruit eater in the family, there is much less waste as well. So I don't mind paying the little extra.BARB
