Y'know - I've often thought that this forum should have a 'confessions' forum for those days when things go wrong!!
I've been running at a pretty good clip. Intentionally upped my carbs for a while then dropped them back. Lost some weight. Went on vaca for a few weeks. didn't lose/didn't gain. Kept everything balanced.
But Today!! Today was carbo-nightmare. I got kicked off w/a bad choice this mornign and then ....whooommmpppp. I lost my mind and thought...now that I'm off, I might as well eat....<<fill in the blank>>. Like always, ironically ....y'know none of it is that good. I'm a smart guy. How does this happen=?
So that's my constructive question. How does this happen?? Biologically...what makes me (us?) go insane once we go off track a little. It's like a weird eating sickness that takes your higher brain functions and locks them in the woodshed while it has its way with your body.
Anybody have a good biological explanation for the "eating sickness"??
