How do I get that cool weight loss monintor that everyone has at the bottom of their profiles?

You mean the tickers? THere are all sorts of places that do them for free.. tickerfactory, etc; Then you just put it in your Signature.

Yes. My favorite is www.tickerfactory.com but there are more sites out there.

Here is one place great_diet.

Fill in the info that you want and when all finished it will give you a code like:

Done! Your Ticker URL is:

[url="http://tickers.TickerFactory.com/ezt/d/3;0;0;0;0/c/-111/t/-222/k/037c/weight.png"]http://tickers.TickerFactory.com/ezt/d/3;0;0;0;0/c/-111/t/-222/k/037c/weight.png[/url]

You will then need to go into your user control panel (User CP) and edit your signature line. Clicking on the insert graphic symbol and adding the link you receive at the tickerfactory will give you the graphic in your posts.
