      That was 1992, so the copywrite should say 1992, 1999, 2002.
      Just check the prologue, if it says "This is an updated version of the book I wrote years ago..." That is the one! dont get confused by the years.

        Just make sure it says Copyright 2002. Probably it will have the copyright symbol which is © 2002.

          The original book was Dr. Atkins' Diet Revolution published in 1972. DANDR is Dr. Atkins' NEW Diet Revolution. Anything published 2002 or later should be fine, though I agree that it's cheaper to find a copy at WalMart than anyplace else I've seen it.

          Yes, there are major differences in the advice Dr. Atkins gave in 1972 and the 2002 version. I'm sure these differences stem from what he learned in treating patients for 30 years.
