Is there an acceptable amount of starch we can consume while on induction? I'm thinking of buying these pre-made hamburger patties and they contain the following:
"The beef patties are made with beef, starch and salt. There is about 2.1 grams of starch and 0.7 grams of salt in each 100 gm patty."
So, should they be avoided or should I give them a try? Thanks for your comments.
