Just waking up. I look at the clock and groan 'cause I'm awake again. And of course I'm sleeping the best when the alarm goes off and it's time to get up! Last night I fell asleep a little easier though. I'm going to try the Tylenol PM tonight.
Not really. I try to get there by midnight. I never have slept a lot, but I used to at least get 6 or 7 hours. The three hours difference between Indiana/California time is way hard sometimes too.
It's weird though. I'm truly not tired and sleepy in the day time. It's mostly frustrating to me at night when I'm not sleeping. It catches up every now and then and I sleep away a weekend and I'm good to go again.
