today we went out to eat, i ordered bourbian chicken..and it had a sauce which had suger in it
great i didnt know that..i asked if i could replace it and they said no..so than i just ate it.. i'm on induction.. and on a goal of trying to lose 50 pounds by mid december..
im usually pretty good with my deits but i feel so bad that i messed up today..so my question for you guys is..what do u do whith condiments and such? does the suger in it really hurt ur progress that much?
