i am 5'6 and would like to be 125-130 by early dec. i am currently 175, my target weight lose is 50 pounds. 50 pounds 3 and half months..possible on atkins?

i am on extended in duction

would it be possible on atkins to lose so much weight so fast?

or should i choose another diet plan.

your metabolism and your hard work will determine how much healtheir and smaller you will be in Dec. 30 min a day isn't much exercise for weight loss purposses do don't be counting on that to carry you through. If you have studied up on Atkins you know this plan will suppress your appetite wich will help a lot in controlling your eating on any weight loss plan. we also get to eat food that tastes good but the choice is yours to make.

Another thing to consider is that Atkins followed 'by the book' and exercise seems to help us lose fat AND add muscle which takes up less room than fat, so even if the scales doesnt say you have lost pounds you can be losing inches!

So you might fit into a smaller size dress anyway at whatever weight you end up at for your wedding! And no-one will know the numbers unless you tell them but they will all see the smaller you!

Make sure you measure yourself at the begining and throughout your weightloss journey so you can see the transformation and enjoy it.
Wondering how to get 'most' of your net carbs from your induction veggies?

How long have you been on induction?
            What are you eating/drinking?

              Re: slow weight loss

I know how important goals in weight loss are, but just another reminder in order to keep the weight off long term, you need to learn all the lessons this WOE will give you. Atkins isn't made to be a crash diet since you might lose the weight quick, but if you revert back to your old ways after the goal is reached, the likelihood is the weight will bounce back on. This words of warning are just from words others that have posted similar sort of posts.

This all said you can definitely make huge strides to your goal. Whether or not you can make it, there are too many personal things to say absolutely yes or no. One thing specifically to be careful for is plateaus in your exercises. You can't keep doing the same thing for 4 months and expect the same result. Keep doing the Diet as prescribed, post your menus, and also your specific exercise plans. We might be able to see what could help.
