Since July I have lost 22lbs. which I am forever greatful. When my husband came back from his deployment, he couldn't believe how much I had lost. However, I do have some loose skin. It is really gross! I started out at 220lbs. and now I weigh 198lbs. I still have 25lbs to go. I hurt my knee at work and I am waiting for my MRI to see if I have torn something so excersizing is on hold for the moment. Any suggestions? I have had 3 kids and had no problem with my belly going back down, but I know that this skin has to go somewhere - surgery? I don't know.

Re: loose skin - gross!
Give it some time & excercise. Loose skin can bounce back, but it takes some time. If you do moderate excercise and give it about 6 months, I think you'll notice a huge difference in the taughtness of your skin. You've lost a lot of weight quickly, congratulations! Don't worry, you'll keep looking better & better. Do whatever light excercises you can that won't bother your knee for right now (small stomach cruches, hand weights, etc.). Good luck!
We'ld still like to hear from other people about there experience with weight loss and excess skin!
