    Hello

    I just moved from my old apartment and can't seem to find my book, I remember I can have lobster but that it was a fairly small amount, can someone tell what the carb count in them is?

        Mmmmmm, I heard "lobster" so I clicked in. Yummy!

        Lobster doesn't look to bad. A little less than 2 carbs per cup. So, proabably around 4 carbs a lobster, depending on the size. Even 6 carbs is worth it to me. Sooooo good!

          The fact that I could HAVE Lobster and butter is what made me know I could live with Atkins LOL!

            Oh me too Barbde! Lobster and butter is soooo good and probably one of the first things I thought about eating when I began Atkins too.So eat up cobain!
