I am 6 days in and this is the point where I would literally eat any carb that is put in front of me, I so have a craving for just about everything except the "good" foods. I did Atkins last year and lost 100 but have not been doing it since thanksgiving last year. I was down to 212 but have crept back up to 245 and I must get down to 145 by this time next year no compromise so I must get back to this. I have tried since falling off the wagon last year but it seems I always get to this point and I cave. I am at work right now with mo place to eat anything other than the vending machines unless I can get hubby to bring me something. Any way just looking for some motivation and encouragement.
