  • Understanding Labels

    Hi
When looking at food labels in the UK, is it the Carbs which sugar that I count? There is no "Net Carbs" marked, just Carbs...Xg of which sugars...Yg.

Sorry if this is a stupid question, but it's all so different and I can't get my head around the DANDR as it generally explains American labels.

    Jon.

Its just carbs in general that you count on the UK labels. We (uk) don't have the fibre counted separately here.

In the states, net carbs = the total carbs minus the amount of fibre. Where as here in UK ours is the net count.
