  • I cheated... + whaaadt?? Stretch marks under my knees??!!

    Okay.
    Let's start ...
    Last night I had a very small slice of cake... Small... but still cake ...

    +This morning I had fruit'n'fibre (mmmhhmm... Bad ) ...
    I also had er... brioche... totally forgotten what that is in english. But it's basically milky/sweet/bread.

    So erm... :S I'm never gonna get this right... The days just go by so slowly, especially with my classes (in the most freakingly hot/humid room).

    And I just realised I have stretch marks under my knees... (?!) and on my chins... Not too big but still bright pink xD

    I was like... hum yeah. So bad, bad ...
    What do I do??

      you start a journal. You write down EVERYTHING you eat and you write down EXACTLY why you ate it! If your hungry (and not confusing thirst with hunger) then by all means eat a legal meal. But, in order to succeed you need to get serious, decide how much you want to lose the weight, exactly what you have to do to succeed and then just do it!

      We are here to help you! But, you have given us very little information to do so!


      Have you read the book?
      How much are you looking to lose?
      Any medical challenges?
      What if any meds are you on?
      Are you drinking your water?
      Are you exercising?

          It is a "new beginning" and you have to be willing to embrace change.

          YOU CAN DO IT!

          and, I am assuming you are young......... so odds are good the stretch marks can and will disappear as you shrink!

            Have you read the book? Yes
            How much are you looking to lose? 28 lbs
            Any medical challenges? Depressed hmmm...
            What if any meds are you on? no...
            Are you drinking your water? I drink water, but not enough I suppose.
            Are you exercising? Yeah, tennis, yoga... plus a lot of walking..

              I have since re-gained a bit of weight, but that is soon to be coming off again!

                erm, about 6-7 glasses probably.
                Yeah, I'm not a watery person... hum hum, I'm going to go and get a bottle , and drink it all now... Well in the next hour !

                    The first thing you need to do is..... think positive!
                    You've read the book, great.. but the next step is being sure 100% that you want, and are willing to embrace the lifestyle change, don't just jump into it while you still have doubts.. read the book again, do some research and then plan things out, keep a journal (not necessirly online, I keep a small journal where I write how I feel + list the things I eat/drink no matter what). Help yourself "make" that change and believe that you owe it to yourself to be healther


                    as for the strech-marks.. try StriVectin-SD... I've been using it for a while, and its AMAZING
