10 pounds in the first week I am SO EXCITED!!! To get myself back into the swing I decided to do only meat cheese abd eggs the first week and then add lettuce, broccoli, and cauliflower I will stick with that for a couple weeks and then venture to more good veggies. I love the way losing weight empowers you. I feel like I could I don't know run a marathon or swim the english channel or something really tough like that. I hope to be under 200 by the end of October and when I break the barrier I am having a PARTY. I can't even tell you the last time I was under 200 I think it was in grade school. Any way thanks for letting me talk I am home alone so there is no one to brag to.

Congrats on ur first week! Its so motivating to see the weight coming off isnt it? Spurs you on to do better.
Its great that you've got a realistic goal too. I'm sure you will do it!

26 yr 5'2 F
Did Atkins on and off from Feb 2005 until April 2008. Fluctuated between 15 st 1/211lbs and 11 st 1/155lbs.
On different weightloss programme from 28th May 2008 start weight 14 st 11/207lbs.
Current weight 10st 3lbs/143lbs.
Ultimate Goal Weight 9 st/126lbs.
