my Mom just dropped off a bunch of supplements for me and I want to make sure they are something I should be taking or not. I am currently trying to remember to take a daily vitamin..Centrum.
Flax (50% ALA 1000mg) Says 3 a day
Chromium GTF (500mcg) says 1 tablet daily
Potassium (100mg) says 1 tablet a day
O-Calcium (500mg Elemental Calcium & 125 IU Vitamin D) says 3 a day
Evening Primrose Oil (standarized GLA 10% 500mg) says 4-8 a day
Will these benefit me or should I toss them?
