All waters do not taste the same and it will affect how much you can drink.
Here in Ireland, the two big ones, Ballygowan and River Rock, to me taste bland of nothing and I absolutely despise having to drink them and have great difficulty in doing so.
I buy Volvic Water and could drink it all day, litres upon litres, to the exclusion of all other liquids!
So, try out a few different waters!
Dasani in the US is quite nice.

i'm poor holmes, so i'm stuck with lovely tap water. but seriously, you could filter it, flavor it, put it in a pretty bottle, i'd still hate it. but i'm drinkin it, yeah i'm drinkin it...

I was'nt a water person myself. I purchased an Aquasparkler, it basically carbonates the water which for me tastes much nicer.

Have you also tried Club Soda....

walmart.... .50 a bottle!! I only do about 5 a week.

Better than water (though not really...), fulfilling and refreshing....
fills you up too!

Where do you live, Freddy? I did a Google search for that, and all of the results were in German. I checked one site, where there were many products listed, but since I don't read or understand German, it was a bit confusing.

Darn, sounds like product that I could find quite useful!

I feel so much better when I drink my water all day, but I swear I cannot stop anywhere that doesn't have a bathroom on the way home from work at night!!!!!! Like the drug store, Sav A Lot etc... And my first stop when I go to the grocery store is always the bathroom and I am doing the peepee dance getting my baby girl out of the truck and running for the bathroom when I get there. And then when I am done shopping and we get home I have to go in the house and go again before I can bring the groceries in the house.

I'm still struggling with water too. I bought a gallon jug by Rubbermaid to take to work with me. It's thin and doesn't sit upright, so it fits on one of the shelves at my desk. It has a pullout spout so it helps. Keep it up!

i do like club soda. if there's also vodka and a lime included lovely stuff. thanks to this WOL, i now know where every public bathroom is in a twenty mile radius from my home. i too am familiar with the peepee dance. ahhh the benefits of atkins...

It's only when you start keeping a journal of which bathrooms you find acceptable to use then base everything around those bathrooms that people start to worry.

Ok perfect example from yesterday. I drank 3 liters (over 100 oz's) of water yesterday at work. I went to the bathroom 15 minutes before I left work. I thought I did not need to go again before I left, since I just went 15 minutes ago right? Well there was an accident on the freeway so things were backed up and guess who needs to go as soon as I hit the road. So I made it about 25 more minutes before I found a Wendy's I could stop at and use the restroom. By then it was emergency. I thought about getting a drink or something in there while I was there. I always feel guilty using their bathroom and not buying anything. But the smell of the french fries cooking was nauseating so I just left. I didn't need the diet soda anyway. So I got back on the road, took another 30 minutes to get to pick up my daughter at daycare, and by then I already need to go again. I get home and get Anna out of the truck and as usual I have to go in and go potty first before I can get my bags out of the truck and get the mail.
