I think it takes strength to let someone's post roll off like water from a duck's back rather than be hurt, offended or irritated just because you are of a different opinion or interpretation of what was said than that of the poster.

Since when has not agreeing on an informational discussion been a definition of not getting along? Correcting a child doing something incorrectly or an Atkinisn newbie when they stray from doing Atkins correctly is a very big sign that somebody cares about that person.

And I really have to ask since out of all the topics on ADBB the topic you didn't like was between two members why didn't you just IM your feelings to those 2 memebers, or better yet IM the mod for that forum with your concerns and allow them to deal with it instead of taking all of ADBB to task for it with a can't we all just get along topic espically since you haven't been here helping to help the board grow and folk to lose weight and get healthy doing the Atkins plan which is what this board is about despite what some new memeber seem to think.
