  • Peanut Butter?

I saw some natural peanut butter at the store yesterday and was wondering if it was legal. Thought it would be great on celery to satisfy the crunchie munchies as well as supplying protein. The ingredients were simply peanuts and salt. Also, if legal....how much?

Peanut butter is legal when you get to the nut rung in OWL. What stage are you at now?

If you're at the nut rung of OWL, it is certainly legal. As to how much, just be sensible. A few tablespoons on celery stalks should be more than sufficient.

Too soon to introduce peanut butter then Carvanz. Have you read the rules about OWL? and about climbing up the rungs?

It has been a long time. I did Atkins a couple of years ago and was very successful. I am restarting but can't find my book anywhere. I was wondering if there was a newer version that I might need to purchase. I have over 100 pounds to lose so I will stay on induction longer than the initial 2 weeks.

2002 version of DANDR is the one we all go by. Have a look on Amazon, you will be able to pick up a really cheap one there.

They're not that expensive at barnes and noble though either - I couldn't find mine so I went yesterday, 2 of the publishers were 15$, one was 8$. I think my body/mind/health is worth more than the 8$... it's like... 1.5lbs of shrimp, less than 3lbs of bacon, a little over a BigMac Meal, or a Whopper Meal...
