i've lost a couple inches!!! i don't have a scale, but i measured today and i'm finally making progress! my clothes are looser too. i was going crazy trying to figure out why the weight wasn't coming off ( it's been almost 3 weeks of induction). so i sat back and tweaked my whole program. first of all, i was eating too much. i know you're not supposed to count calories, but i was being WAY to liberal with 'free' foods. give me an inch...
so i cut back on my portions. my calories are around 1700 to 1800 now. i carry most of my weight around my waist. I've always hated my stomach, but i realized that i've never really done any exercise to focus on my most hated area. i've been walkin/running everyday with no change in my waist. so i rented "abs of steel" from the library and have been doing that for a week. it hurts sooo bad but in a good way, i KNOW it's working! it's also almost TOM, so i know i'm carrying water weight and will lose even more soon! i'm sorry this is so long. i'm just overjoyed! thanks for all your support! reading this board everyday has helped me more than you guys will ever know!
