      Thanks Guys you all mean so much to me right now being able to come here and vent really means a lot. I am having a pretty good day I got up early and ran I think it makes me feel better. But, I am not feeling so good now which is fine cause I did my exercise so long as I feel good in the morning that's half the day and that makes me happy.
